Chris has always collected stuff for himself. Just stuff he likes. The following is hardly an exhaustive list; just an awesome one: gaming miniatures, skulls and bones, Ghostbusters paraphernalia (I knew this guy was cool!), and you know, bows. Well, and weapons of many kinds.
One day, a colleague asked Chris if he'd consider renting out some pieces from his personal collection to adorn the set of a production of Deathtrap. A few months later, they asked to do it again for a remount. Eventually, it got to where strangers were calling him up, and he figured he should make it an official part of his business. Quite the little niche.
As you can see below, he's amassed some collection. I don't believe there was a takedown among them: lotsa longbows and crossbows, some compounds that warrant the adjective 'sumptuous', even got the bow he used in high school. He's scored big off garage sales but he's kind of gleeful to recount his go-to spot for picking up new additions: The St. Lawrence Antique Market! There's an excuse to go for a peameal sandwich, eh?
If you haven't taken the survey up there in the right-hand corner, please do!
